Up to $27.00 per hour

Minimum Qualifications:

* Proven food service experience in a high volume restaurant
* Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and food handling/safety procedures
* Must be a minimum of 18 years of age
* Must have own set of cutlery knives and other prep tools
* Must have own transportation to work
* Must be a team player and able to get along with others in a fast pace environment
***Must have a passion for Asian cooking and love for the wok***

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

* Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff and can use a wok and expo line system
* Knows how to operate a wok, steamer, oven, fryer and dishwasher
* Prepare and execute food to order and follow written recipes in a high volume restaurant (e.g. chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing sauces)
* Sets up, maintains and closes kitchen
* Comply with food safety, sanitation regulations and safety standards throughout kitchen
